This item is made from real animal and is not a toy, therefore should not be dealt with roughly or carelessly.

All animals I use are legally sourced and have not been hurt for the purpose of making this piece.

I am happy to send overseas but please be aware that your order might be subject to custom's fee that is regulated by the local government and out of my control.

Please be advised that my items are made to order and unless otherwise specified take up to 4-5 weeks processing before they are ready to be posted. It takes time for the taxidermy to dry and to make the little details and accessories.

If you need your order sooner, please do not hesitate to contact me as in some cases this might be possible.
I accept cancellations within 12 hours of the order being placed. After that time I have usually started working on your item and cancellation is not possible. Due to the nature of the items sold, I cannot offer returns.

Exceptions may be made at my own discretion. Any refund offered is subject to a deduction of the costs incurred to process and ship the item.

All orders will be wrapped securely and sent using tracked service.

Orders within UK will be posted with Royal Mail and will usually take 2-3 business days to be delivered.

Orders to US, Canada and Europe will be posted with UPS and will usually take 5-10 business days to be delivered.

Orders to Australia, New Zealand and rest of the world will be posted with UPS and will usually take 10-20 days to be delivered
